Account Deletion

KAAS users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting KAAS support.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email developer@kaaslive.com from the email address linked to your KAAS account.
  2. Use the subject line: KAAS account deletion request.
  3. Include your KAAS account email address and, if available, your phone number so we can verify and locate the account.

Data Deleted

  • Your KAAS account profile, including name, email address, phone number, and profile preferences.
  • Your personal account identifiers used to sign in and connect you to KAAS groups.
  • Personal data associated with your groups, expenses, balances, settlements, invites, and activity history, where deletion is technically and legally possible.
  • Local app session data after you sign out or uninstall the app.

Data That May Be Retained

  • Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute-resolution, or service integrity purposes.
  • Some group records may be retained in a limited or anonymized form when needed to preserve shared expense history for other group members.
  • Backups and logs may take additional time to expire from secure systems.

Deletion Timeline

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup, security, or legal-retention records may remain for a limited additional period before they are deleted or anonymized.

You can also contact developer@kaaslive.com to request deletion or correction of specific personal information without deleting your KAAS account.
